Transcoding videos from TMPGEnc to NeroVision

I'm trying to convert a video file from TMPGEnc to NeroVision to burn to a DVD.. my question is.. which format should I use to trascode? NTSC or NTSC(16:9)? I'm just burning it for a normal sized TV.
