Sent in my 16G USB memory card since it went kaput after 6mos of use. Could not format in windows or linux (gparted), that was 3 wks ago.

Wrote to them and it was covered and gave me Return authorization number, but since than absolutely no response...

any ideas?

guess I was rushing too much, I got the replacement today, a day after I wrote. It seems it is a reputable company.
