anyone have further info to this SSD?

No detailed info at Transcend Homepage, but the 2TB have 720TBW, the SSD220S with QLC only 400TBW. So I think it uses TLC
 
Hmm. The drive was announced as being DRAM-less and Transcend usually uses SMI controllers so I would guess the SM2259XT. They also often use Micron flash, specifically TLC, which lines up with the DWPD (0.3). The performance at 250GB is 330 MB/s for sequential writes (CDM) which implies fewer dies so they are likely 512Gb/64GiB which would place it as 96L (B27B) or newer. 128L (B37R) or newer would be expected.
