I've gone through many articles related to support of Microsd cards used on current gen of Android Smartphones. And, i come to know that Microsdhc UHS-1 cards are only useful for Digicam and Video Cam for live HD Video Recording with high bitrate. On, the other hand Smartphones can't utilise the UHS feature and that's the reason the UHS cards could perform low with android phones. So, will just a Class 10 perform better as compared to Class 10 UHS-1 card for Android smartphones ??

The problem is many "regular" Class 10 cards have crap 4K write speeds, while all the UHS-1 models at least have decent 4K write speeds.

Honestly if you don't need the 64GB size, my "Class 6" 32GB Samsung MicroSD (blue label) kicks the ass of my little pile of "regular" class ten cards I collected recently on every metric. If you do need the 64GB size, buy the Samsung and rest easy.

It depends on the individual card. Look for benchmark scores like CrystalDiskMark. More phones in the future may support it, so if the benchmark difference in a non-UHS device is close, pick the UHS card

Since, we only have Orange Line series of Samsung microsdhc inIndian markets.. I'm only left with two options:
1) Transcend microsdhc class 10 UHS-1 16gb
2) Sandisk Ultra UHS-1 16 gb

Could anyone provide me the best of the two, on the basis of CrystalDiskMark benchmark results.?

I can't find any Crystal Benchmarks comparing the two. My gut says the Sandisk. They always have a decent 4k write speed.

I think I might have Transcend Class 10 on my Canon digital camera but it doesn't seem very fast I will have to look at the card again when I get home.
