Ok here's a situation.
I asked someone if they can ripped me a couple of MP3 cd because my original ones are scratched. (I have a 28k modem so forget downloading it.) Anyway, I offered him $20 for 7 CDs. I received the cd today and found out that all of the albums are crap, i mean the number track is less than what the retail cd suppose to be (But he said he have the original one and he ripped them from it) which is bull because how can you missed a couple of songs when you're ripping the original cd. Anyway, to make matter worst, the songs that supposed to be in the retail album is not even there, instead it's replaced with some songs from others album. All of the 7 album has this, my conclusion is that his mofo didn't rip any cd for me which i specifically asked for him to rip and rip at a rate of 160kb/s. He just download a couple of songs and renamed them all and then put them into many different folder and then send it to me.
What do you guys think i should do? pay him the money or what else should i do?
