IIRC, OK told them to go to hell, so they re-routed it through AR.

This may be a problem our next president will have to address, once they want to start actually building.

Why is this a contentious issue? Infrastructure is good and there are always certain people that suffer. Hopefully they can mitigate environmental damage.

I thought that's what the improvements being done to US 59 were for.
