Train Lawsuit - read the link post what you think . . .

"A Jeannette woman who was slightly injured after being struck...."

i didnt realize you could be slightly injured by a moving train.

if all you get from a moving train is a broken finger and a cut on your thumb after being 'hit' by a train. id say thats reward enough in itself.

IF YOU DON'T KNOW THAT TRAINS GO ON TRACKS AND THAT YOU SHOULD NOT BE ON THEM, YOU SHOULD NOT BE ALIVE.

Or be _REALLY_ young, and not out by yourself.

Is it really that hard to _WALK_ out of the way of a train? I really, don't understand how the hell she was hit by a train. Oh, wait, 100% of the injuries were to her hand? WTF? Was she just waving her hand in front of a train, waiting to be hit, so she could be cool like all those other idiots, and sue someone 100% not at fault?

Jeez, this and that small company trying to sue those big game companies over a method of displaying 3-d scenes,...wtf has this world come to.
