I remember about half the time to edit my posts so the last character is text. The rest of the time I somehow end up with several returns after my text, which the forum software needlessly renders verbatim. (See below.)

Do we have access to forum software source code, or any leverage with the forum software authors? If I had the code, I'd fix this in the first five minutes.
