Trailer Hitch Bike Rack... Recommend any brands?

I'm looking to pick up a bike rack that will fit into the trailer hitch on my truck. I called the local Sport Mart and they sell THULE and IMPACT racks. I've also seen a couple ALLEN and YAKIMA ones on eBay. I'd ideally like a 4 bike carrier but that's not maditory.

Can anyone recommend any brands to go for or to stay away from? I'm not sure on what the major differences are from one to another as I've never used one of these before.

I'd ideally like to spend less than $150 or so but don't know if that's reasonable or not.
