Trailer for The Bourne Legacy

Looks like a different agent that isnt Jason Bourne. Unless they are all named Jason Bourne? I kind of like where it went in the trailer. I thought this would be a sequel without Damon. But it looks like a prequel that focus's on another agent.

Edit: Looking at wiki this is sidequel.

Hey - this movie franchise made money. Lets make another one - but we dont want to pay Matt Damon.

Still might be interesting but seems like a recycled story line

Did the music sound familiar to anyone else as well? Seemed similar to inceptions
 
Did you watch the trailer? It clearly talks about Jason Bourne in past tense. Thus "Legacy". This is after, a new person. Looks to talk about how Bourne got like he was and how they take it a step further with the new guy.

Also..why does the trailer music sound like the Prometheus trailer? (somewhat)..same guy made it maybe.

I have never been a big Bourne movie fan, but this looks like it has potential.
 
Ahhh trailers always coming out during mid day when I can't look at them! I rather like the Bourne trilogy, and hopefully this will be good too.

I also wonder which remix of Moby's Extreme Ways will be featured during the credits this time. :hmm:

Yeah, it sounded like both Greengrass and Damon were done after Ultimatum.
 
i wont watch this one, i refuse to. those are some of my favorite movies and now that damons out i dont really care for it. ughhh...the new guys seems like a pussy.

Damon didn't want to do it, he said the storylines were trash...lack of plot made him not like doing it. He was doing it as a favor to the director.

This looks goood though, exactly what I'd like to see.
