Hi,
Sold a cheap 2 port router for 15 dollars shipped to a new trader who paid my promptly with paypal. I really did not make any money off of this due to me packing it very well and shipping it with delivery confirmation and everything (cost like 6$ to ship). Now the delivery confirmation from the USPS says that delivery was only attempted and that if they can't get in touch with them it will be returned to sender.
If that happens what do I do? Especially if I sent it to the right address. I would give a refund - but is it acceptable to refund minus my actual shipping costs since this appears not to be my fault?
Got 13-0-0 and wanna keep it on the good side.
Thanks for insights from experienced traders.
