I know everyone hates their cellphone (or at least most people do) so I was wondering if their was a way for people on Anandtech to trade phones with others... is there a charge for the verizon (in my case) or other carriers to switch your phone?

 
There might be an issue with reprogramming the SIM, so yes.

If you just ask that the bills be sent to another address it might work. The companies dont care where the money comes from so long as they get it.
 
i like my phone, its a two year old sanyo8100 on sprint, works great, gets reception in places where other people are banging their heads(even other sprint people), im gonna hold onto this sucker till it stops functioning
