Btw, a tidbit not too many know, Aldi's owns them (atleast the brothers who own Aldi's own them too.) I don't know if they are on the west coast - Aldi's is a small inexpensive grocery store that is great for buying some items, while bad for others (generic quality stock). Aldi's is one of the largest grocery store chains in the world.

really? i didn't know that, i don't think there's Aldi in west coast; but I visited one in Missouri. their chain is quite large over there.

Aldi is quite utilitarian in the way that
1) they have only a (relatively) few items. (mostly necessecities)
2) no brand name items. all Aldi brand or rebadged Aldi.
3) probably only TWO checkout counters.
4) YOU bring your own plastic bag
5) dirt cheap prices

but the store is clean, at the very least. and oh, it doesn't take credit card.

4 of my friends work at trader joes, i know of another 2 ppl who work there, and i am currently trying to get a job with them (they pay real well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
they have some good stuff. Rice Milk anyone!?!?!? How about some Strawberry Mochi Mochi!? yummmmmmmmmm!

lol I was about to say:

Trader Joe's used to be a lot cooler than it is now. They used to have about the same selection with pretty decent prices. These days they just rip off yuppies who want to try new things (although their alcohol selection is excellent and priced better than most).
