Trademark Infringement?

So I'm sure we've all seen t-shirts that use the same logo as a company but change the words around.

For example: EVIAN the water is changed to NAIVE

Is it legal to make products like these? Would this be infringing on trademarklaws?

Just curious.

is that your opinion? or do u know that for fact? I just don't understand how legitimate stores can sell these shirts blatantly if they are illegal.

First of all your talking about trademarks. As long as the person buying the product doesn't think that it is genuien then it is basicly legal.
