Trade Steam Account?

2 things:

1.) you're in console gaming
2.) I know the TOS doesn't allow selling of accounts, and I'm not sure how they feel about trading. And what do you want here? Somebody to trade you an account WITH CS for one without? Doesn't sound quite fair to me.
