Trackpoint or Touchpad?

I am looking into buying a new laptop and I would prefer one with a trackpoint instead of the touchpad. Does anyone know if any brands other than IBM have laptops with trackpoints?

I used to think touchpads sucked, but then I got used to them. I never got used to the little nipples. They're just too sensitive for me.

I've used both and prefer the touchpad. Without leaving the touchpad I can scroll up/down/side/side, single click/double click, forward/back without having to take my hand off the "mouse". I just can't get used to doing all these things with a trackpoint and third button.

The one on my Toshiba lappy works very well, prolly the best I have ever used.

Agreed. Btw, if all else fails, touchpads pwn trackpoints for playing 3DFPS.
