I get the same BSOD when trying to play both games. I can get to the menus of each game but when they actually try to load the game, it crashes on me.

0x0000008e is the error code, which tells me nothing.
all my other games work fine.

learn to Google punk!!!!

The stop error 0x0000008E usually indicates some sorts of incompatible issues. And the problem might be caused by your video card driver, as the ati3duag.dll file is part of the drivers for the ATI video card.

On the game launcher, click Configure and then Bench. You may try to run a bench to see if the video card driver can handle the game properly. If problem still exists, please visit you video card manufacturer's website, and update all necessary drivers. Remember the safest way to update drivers is to uninstall the current drivers (you can uninstall the current video card drive using a piece of software called Driver Cleaner: http://www.drivercleaner.net/), reboot into VGA mode and install the new or even an old drivers and reboot. You may also try updating the latest sound driver and updating the latest DirectX version etc.

By the way, you may seek help on the developer Nadeo?s online community forums http://www.tm-forum.com/. If you cannot find any answer within the current posts, you may post a new topic by marking your subject title with a helpful title such as what your problem is, Nadeo and other members will try to help you as best as they can.

More useless help comeing up!!

When you come in here looking for help you might want to post some of the things you have tried to resolve this issue, I will go out on a limb here and assume you did some basic troubleshooting.

Also dont forget to post what hardware you are using when asking for help in here!!!

Hope my reply was useless enough for ya.
