i need a win32 browser like http://oembrowser.com/ that doesnt leave any history, chache, or cookies. im tired of having to remember to delete everything when i get done with the pc (pun intended, if any found)

Install Opera, disable history, cache, and cookies.

Tools -> Preferences -> Advanced, History
Tools -> Preferences -> Advanced, Cookies
 
Firefox has an option in privacy tab that can automatically clear all information after you close Firefox. This means you can still use history, cache, cookie and other session data while you are using Firefox. Once you quit Firefox, it will all get deleted. This saves you the hassle of websites that require cookies.
