Tracking Cashed money orders

I have to send a 350 dollar money order to this guy that I won a laptop from. I am going to send him a Postal Money Order, is there anyway that I can track a money order to see if it was cashed if I ever needed to? I am also sending it certified so that I can get proof of delivery.

I think sending it certified is enough, if he gets it and doesn't cash it its not your problem. But you can ask the postmaster at the post officeto ask him/her about the MO question. Good luck.

I'm just concerned about being scammed...in the case that he receives it and cashes it and tries to say that he never got it. I guess the certified mail is good enough.
