I have a shipment coming from Canada. It was shipped via Canada Post. The last tracking update says "International shipment has arrived in the destination country". I assume it will continue on via USPS. Will I continue to receive tracking updates?

usps tracking is the worse. it will just tell you when it gets there. you are screwed either way.

Yeah tracking for Canada Post & USPS = largely useless.

Isn't that because the USPS doesn't actually sell tracking, it's just 'delivery confirmation'.

Implementing the equipment necessary to track shipments the way fedex / ups does would be incredibly expensive for the USPS.

They charge you something like an extra $0.39 for tracking. I would think they could implement some kind of RFID system that would monitor the packages movement.
