Er...I'd say I sent them in mid-August. So about a month and a half.

Ewww, I sent mine in the beginning of August and they haven't even shipped yet.

took mine roughly 6-8 weeks. I really don't understand why it takes so long. Figure even from Alaska, the longest to would take for regular USPS mail to arrive to anywhere in the continental United States is 5 business days, How long could it take to check the application, barcode etc and pack five movies? It really shouldn't take more than three weeks. I see almost all rebates taking forever, almost as if they delay it long enough, they don't have to pay up.

the offer is sent to a PO Box in El Paso, Texas. that should tell you just about all you need to know. (er, how often is a PO Box checked + El Paso is about as far from anywhere as you can get...depending on where you are in Alaska, I suppose, hehe.) As bad as USPS is in Chicago, I can't imagine how it functions in El Paso...probably have one burro for the whole system...

Anyhoo, took them about 5 weeks to mail back my offer, with the big "dumbass: we need the UPC, not the serial # bar codes." d'oh!

hell, they let me resend it with the correct bar code at least, so it looks like another month for me (and this right before the new movies came into the offer). Wondering if they ran out of Paramount BDs....
