TR/StartPage.qr.dll

Whenever i try to access my internet explorer, my antivirus comes up stating the following virus: TR/StartPage.qr.dll when i try to remove itm it cannot find the file SE.dll. how can i remove it from my computer? i have tried the free trend micro antivirus, spysweeper and adaware 6.0.

Try booting into safe mode and running a recently updated virus scan and anti-malware scans.
