I did a virus scan with Avira and while it found nothing in my C drive. It did find TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen in 'E:\CallOfDuty_WorldAtWar_ddsetup\CodWorldAtWar.exe' which is the drive where I keep all my downloads such drivers, patches and programs that I download. i keep them there so if I reinstall I do not have to download them again.
I have CoD:WaW from Direct 2 drive. I dont know how it got there (the trojan) and this is the first time it is was picked up my Avira though I dont regularlly scan my E drive anyway.
I deleted it and it does not show up anymore. But why would it be in a folder I never add anything to?
Would it not be on my C drive where all my games, email and operating system are?
