TP-LINK TL-WR642G Advanced Security

I purchased a TP-LINK TL-WR642G wireless router, and am a bit confused regarding the Advanced Security options. My previous router only had the basic stuff, WPA2, MAC filtering, etc. so these advanced stuff is very foreign to me. Here's a pic of the advanced security settings:

I currently have all the basic securtiy stuff enabled: firewall, WPA2, MAC filtering. I'm just a home user, but I do use lots of BT, as well as online gaming. So what I'm wondering is, is it pointless for me to enable all the advanced security stuff, and if so, does it impact my speed at all? Thanks in advance.
