What a world! I'm not so much offended by this as perplexed by it. It just seems bizarre, and un-fun, and generally like a lame toy all around. It's definitely in bad taste, but again, I just don't really understand what would possess a person to make it.

The toys were imported. I doubt any company in the USA would make such a thing.

Normally I would be with you and your sarcasm, but sometimes you have to use some common sense. These things were in bags of candy that are clearly going to have a high probability of winding up in kids hands without the parents realizing what the toys are exactly. That's simply wrong and should be dealt with.
