Shipping came out to about $7 for me, making it a little less hot, but you can check to see if they have it at a store near you and go pick it up to avoid that.

Especially hot for those with gift cards from the Rock Band 2 sale who need an extra guitar for bass. This looks to be compatible with all rock band/guitar hero games.

These also work on the PC. I got two of these for $20 shipped on Black Friday, then GH3 on a trade board for $10. Two guitars and game for $30 is pretty sweet.

At least for GH World Tour (have not tested any others), these will work on the PS2 as well.

What? How? I didn't think the PS2 supported USB controllers, and certainly not ones made for the 360

Got the kids a Wii and GHWT for Xmas, and was looking for a cheap second guitar. Anybody know if this is at all compatible? The compatibility matrix that mitchafi linked to is silent on the subject (probably a bad sign, eh?).
