BTW, the fuel economy numbers are in miles per imperial gallons. And I don't know if we in the States get the 4-door version.

It does look bad with or without the gauge cluster and extremely cartoonish wheels.

The echo hatch. Kinda like the car this is replacing was actually quite fun to drive. If it wasn't for the smallish trunk I would've bought one.
I look forward to trying one out.

My friend loves her Yaris. I had one as a courtesy car and thrashed the nuts off it. If I had to have a small car, I'd get one cos I fitted in it, even if the whole driving thing was just scarily bad.

(No)

Dude - the cars weighs as much as a CRX, and has roughtly the same power output as the CRX Si - it's quick enough :)
Official Toyota 0 to 100 km/h times are 10.9 seconds with the manual transmission and 12.0 seconds with the automatic transmission.

Apparently you and I have very different definitions of "quick enough." :p That thing's slow as hell!

Why don't you people like it? The old Yaris was ugly, but the new gen looks great! Clean Euromicrocar lines, light weight, Toyota reliability... What's not to like?

You software engineers think you're so badass with your Civics and Mazda 3s!

I don't think it looks bad, I wouldn't buy a brand new one though.
