I've been curious if there would be any low volume performance hybrids, as this article hints about.

As long as they make them look like normal cars instead of the these deformed mini electric vehicles.

I hear that gas engines only burn 25% of the possible energy of gasoline, true?

Hybrids good idea, but too small for my tastes.

I do. I like being able to get around 475 miles on a tank of gas in my Camry.

My parents truck will do 400+ miles on 26 gallons.

I estimate that I can go about 300 miles on my ~15 gallon tank. This was with 87 octane instead of the required 91+.

You know what is fun? Riding the bus for free with your student ID and using 1/4 tank per week.

thanks to the ford exploder we're be dependant on foreign oil

if everyone drove hybrids we'd hardly need foreign oil, or atleast OPEC oil
