Hatchbacks are actually very versatile.

Drop the back seat down & you have wagon-like storage capability.

Try that in a sedan.

I would like to see pictures of the back... Sorta looks like a WRX from the front, no?

I seriously hate hatch backs. If I need extra space, I'd buy a truck/minivan.

The body styling is kinda strange, especially the rear end. IMO, it would look better if the rear end wasn't so flat. It needs a bit of an angle, kinda like the Civic hatchy's rear.

Viper, versatility is all well and good, but the Focus ZX3 looks a bit better and is probably much cheaper.

Edit: I was talking about the Matrix, not the Vibe - which, btw, looks pretty cool for an SUV. A hatchy in that exact same design, but smaller (obviously) would be really cool.

I agree, its direct competitor of the Ford Focus ZX3 Hatchback.

Don't like knock-offs and this is definitely one.

Well, its kinda ugly on the outside... the inside is frickin tight. Most impressive is 180 HP and 2700 pounds... For a stock SUV that should be pretty performancy :)

Yea, except when Toyota builds it, it will last 3 times as long as a Ford.

I kinda like the Vibe! I can't believe I'd ever say that about a Pontiac's styling. :Q

The Matrix, however, is ugly....and it has the lamest name for a car since the Pinto or possibly the Matador ("killer").
