Toyota Entune 3 Navigation without Cellular Device?

Later this year I will move to an unfamiliar state and purchase a Toyota Hatchback, likely with Entune 3. I am delighted with my (ancient) prepaid Nokia burn phone. I never have and never want to own a smart phone or tablet with cellular connectivity. Does Entune 3 provide a functional, standalone navigation system?
 
There are 2 navigation types available in Entune 3 - one powered by an app running on a smartphone ("connected navigation"), and one powered by a dedicated nav unit that can function standalone ("integrated navigation"). The one you want is the latter

There are 3 Entune 3 audio system options, and last time I checked integrated nav is only offered with the top "Entune 3 Premium Audio" option. So if whatever you get lists "Entune 3 Premium Audio" on the sticker, then you're good to go. Haven't seen anything containing Entune 3 systems other than the '18 Camry and Sienna though
 
Thank you. I am looking at 2019's and some specifications have not yet been released. Now, I know what to look for.
