Fucking has existed for 800 years, probably when a Mr Fuck or the Fuck family moved into the area.

I remember visiting Austria and there was quite a bit of souvenirs revolving around the Austria/Australia mix up. Stuff like T-Shirts which say "Austria - No Kangaroos" with a crossed out picture of a kangaroo.

The original Mr Fuck must have been quite the guy. Being a town's namesake is one thing, but becoming the most used homonym known to man is quite the accomplishment. He must have been a great lover and one lousy person. His name will endure till the end of time. And to think he was basically German...
