i laughed, but i can't figure out how it isn't an act.

why would he just calmly let someone stand there and film him, mean while getting pissed off at every little thing that happens to him

If he has tourettes, hes not "mad" just cant control things. And before someone says that not everyone with tourettes acts this way. I know, I did some research and something like 15% of tourettes sufferers act this way
 
Real or not...I was in a mandatory meeting with my boss....started to think about some of these I watched the night before and well....let's just say he was not pleased with my less than professional demeanor.......
