When I used to live in NC I did tour security for a local company there and now that I live some were else I have been looking for a way into that field and have not been able to find crap on it. I was hoping someone here might know of a sight or something.

I am sorry I should have explained it better. When I say tour security I meant for music groups (DMX,Dixie Chicks, Aerosmith, Dave Matthews) that is what I meant.
 
If you worked for a promoter in NC, you might try checking in at the local concert promoters office. If ytou're looking to do personal bodyguard stuff, you'll need an introduction to an Artist's personal manager. Get some certification, licenses, and market yourself. You might check out the velvet Rope . It's an industry / record company / management company forum.
