Tour of AMD Headquarters!

I am President of the Tech Club at my high school here in Sunnyvale. We are in the process of arranging a tour at AMD HQ. What I wanted to know is what are some questions that you would like me to ask them.

The man arranging our tour said that we will get to talk with a Vice President and several engineers. He said they do not have any fabs there which is understandable, but they do all their design work.

So if there are any good questions I should ask, please post them here. After the trip I will give an in depth report about our trip.

It will either happen this month or at the end of April since the man said during mid April there will be a trade show and things will be really busy, plus Opterons launch which he didn't mention over the phone.

Sucks having a test on a Monday.

Anyway, I do not think we will get anything free besides maybe pens. What would be really nice is to get an Opteron or Hammer key chain with the actual dead CPU, but I dont think that will happen.

A while back someone did an article about their tour of AMD's Dresden facility. They weren't allowed to take any pictures inside as far as I can remember. Good luck

Yup; I think the only pictures they were able to take were of the outside of the building.

and how is SOI coming along and are they going to have another delay for the Athlon 64?
