One of the caps on my 4600 has been damaged (basicly torn off). I was going to try an replace it but there isn't any values on it. It has three lines that read

I thought it might stand for 470 uf 16v so I tried one of thoughs off an old MB I had but no luck. No output and the fan doesn't spin. Anyone have an idea what the rating on that Cap should be? Could be my solder job I guess-not as stabe as I once was.
