If I have a given image off of the internet, and want to put it into my video, thats easy enough. Almost any video editing software will let you insert images.
My problem arises because I want to start zoomed in on an area of the image, then zoom out and pan to the right a bit. Is there any software that allows you to do this?
Just showing a fullscreen image gets boring, so I wanted to do this.
If you could tell me what software I should buy to do this, and how, that would be great.
