Tough one - Safely Remove Hardware

Hi,
I am trying to find a way to automatically run the "Safely Remove Hardware" before I shut down the computer. There are many programs that will automate recorded tasks, however, I need to know how to call up the "Safely Remove Hardware" program. I had a hard time trying to find what executable runs this and I ended up with "C:\WINDOWS\System32\RUNDLL32.EXE." This can be a problem. Is there any other way anyone can think of to get this window up? Thanks.

Tom
