Hey all Ananteckers
I've been a regular reader of the site and forums but never posted here much until today
Please feel free to critic and/or give me feedback which i will appreciate tremendous.
I'm going to try to keep this post as short as possible but there are a few things i need to clear up before i bury my cash into my new setup (laptop, home server and tablet or ultrabook)
First of - I have my 1 year old desktop sitting in the garage collecting dust as i have now more room for it so i decided to make it a home server.
spec::
asus p2 deluxe Mother Board
920 i7 + H50 Cooler
12 gb 1600RAM
5 x 1tb F3 Samsung + 2x 1.5 F2 Samsung + 80gb x25 SSD Intel
Do i need to setup Windows Home Server or could i run it on windows 7 and setup a homegroup (need to learn more about networking in win7, i know)
Or are there other alturnatiefs as free NAS Software.
please feel free to comment

Setup here will be the 240GB SSD as Main drive and the 3 hard drives in RAID 0 (maybe RAID 5) and probably going to try out intels ssd chashing thingy to ad some quick speed for games and programs on the hard drives, probably be using 40gb of the ssd (not really necessary but i want to have a look at it anyhow).http://www.anandtech.com/show/4329/intel-z68-chipset-smart-response-technology-ssd-caching-review/2http://www.anandtech.com/show/4329/intel-z68-chipset-smart-response-technology-ssd-caching-review/2

And the 3th toy i will be getting myself is going to be a 10 inch tablet but with the ultrabooks coming out at CES which have windows 8 (in the future) + keyboard + touch screen.
Well i don't know anymore they both have there strong sides.
There the asus prime but there's a newer version already revealed with 1920*1200 resolution so will i go for a full tablet or not , still can't deside . Chances are i will wait for the prime TF700 with the high res.
For 1ns in my life money isn't the issue anymore but now i have to much to chose from.

So please to feel free to comment and give my your take on it or what you would do and why.
Thanks in advance
