Touchscreen for Media center 2005

I am looking into surface wallmounting a couple of touchscreen monitors for use with an existing Media Center 2005 PC has anyone done this and what do I need to do this? Specifically how to handle monitor control (vga splitting, extended USB, etc).

Recommend any touchscreen models?
