Well... it looks like the same atheist group that banned all prayer in schools is at it again. This time, it's the show "Touched by an Angel". Because it mentions "God" as more than a swear-word, she wants it off the air and has about 250,000 signatures behind her.

I don't care about the show itself, but doesn't anyone else think "Freedom of Religion" or "Freedom of Speech" mean anything anymore? If you don't believe in God and don't want to watch the show, spend 3 joules of energy to click the remote to a different channel! Yeesh!

Why is it Christians get freaked out on over.. ahem- "pushing their beliefs" but atheists can say anything they darn well like, as loud as they want to. Sound off-kilter to you? :|

EDIT: Oops. Apparently it's a hoax message. I'd better pass that to the folks who sent it to me in the first place.
Sure sounds more believable than Bill Gates sending you $1400 for "testing his email". ;)

You know I don't care for religious type shows like that, but I feel they certainly have a right to show them. I make a choice to either watch it or change the channel. That is in no way pushing thier beliefs on me. Now the bastard Jehovah's Witnesses that wake me up on Saturday mornings do annoy me quite a bit.

That is censorship. I have no problem with the show itself. I do not see where anyone has the right to shut the show down because of its religious nature.

i'm going to tell my grandma about this. she gon get crunk and crack her cane over that woman's head if she gets that show taken off. them and sally jesse are her two must sees haha
on the real, during a project, one of the goals was to have a word for the day and a song for the day. one day i wrote amazing grace up there on the bboard and the lady of jewish faith in our group subsequently complained and i removed it. don't know why it was offensive to her, cause i hear it every other sunday. but then again, she complains all the time and nobody listens anyway now
