buy one from best buy, then if one comes up within 30 days you're safe 🙂

well i guess ill buy a regular one now. touch screen doesnt seem like itll be out for a year, and i have a feeling that the screen would get ruined with all the touching anyways. now zune is coming out too 🙁

I have a first-gen 10GB iPod that I still use - it has 22+ hours of battery life with an aftermarket battery. I am waiting for the touchscreen iPod - some rumors have it coming out as soon as the holidays.

There has been more rumor-milling that it will appear before the holidays this year, but it really doesn't seem like stevie J can pull it off.
