Touch Events Are Less Sensitive - Firefox Mobile

This began happening on Fx45 and continues in Fx46. Hitting small targets has become less reliable, and don't always want to register. It'll take a couple tries, or I'll have to zoom to make the target bigger. I started using Icecat mobile since it's based on esr Fx, and doesn't have the problem.

Anyone here do mobile development, or otherwise know what they did to affect touch events, and maybe know of a fix I can make?
