She is amazing. I listened to several. Then I noticed the glass harp videos and watched a couple of them. Ode to Joy totally blew me away.

Very well played, but I'm ready to see the end of this slapping your string instrument for percussion effects. I mean it's been done for many years by _some_ players to good effect on _some_ songs, but most of these people just need to get a damn drummer if they want percussion.

Very cool! Amazing what she can do with the harp.

My favorite cover of that song still has to be the one by Mike Masse and Jeff Hall, though: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MLrC7e3vSv8

That is a ridiculously good cover.

The harp cover sucks, though. I don't get the whole thing with some harpists smacking their harp like it's a conga drum or something, makes them look like idiots. Also, this lady just seemed to miss notes in general, or this song just sucks on a harp.

Can't say I'm into the harp covers. There's something lost in the cadence of the notes compared to guitar that just kinda ruins a lot of songs in my opinion. Of course plenty of guitar covers would lose a lot without drum and often bass backing.

Nothing makes me cringe more than musicians trying too hard to look dramatic when they play.

Harp vid was cool.
