ok, go esy on me.... everyone around here says "PM me" (personal/private message?) how do you do this and respond to them, do they go thru email or what? Thx

Click on the little "lock" in the upper left corner...

EDIT: Of if the person you want to PM has posted, click on the lock on the right hand side of their message.

Click on their lock (in the right corner) and make sure you have PM activated.

OH....and you have to turn on PM's in your profile first. You don't have them turned on.
