Toshiba Strata CTX100 problems

we are trying to install a Toshiba Strata CTX100 for a client that purchased the system some time ago from a dealer that has left the business. We are not a Toshiba dealer and the client does not have the webadmin disk.

we can access the CTX100 at its IP address; however, we cannot log into the box.

any ideas? urgent.
