I'm not sure what to do with this case.

A Sattelite P25-S477 with 512 ram, 2.4, 17inch screen, 40gb hard drive, Nvidia 5200FX go.

Should I sell it or try to upgrade the memory? From what I hear SD memory is slow and laptop memory is expensive.

If I should sell it, where would I go? Besides Ebay that is.
