Ok, I've got a Toshiba Satellite M65-S821 Laptop, anyway to turn off v-sync?

It uses the Intel 915GM/GL chipset which has the GMA 900 video. The Intel drivers have very few options to them, just wondering if I can increase a few fps.
 
even if you could, it would probably be so insignificant that you wouldnt be able to tell the difference.
