Toshiba satellite M45-S351

I need someone who knows a little about laptops to let me know if this is a good one. My supervisor at work has asked me if I think it's good, and even though I've told him that I don't know much in the area of laptops, he still wants my input. He is looking at the following: Toshiba satellite M45-S351. He is not a game r by any stretch of the imagination, and will mainly be watching DVD's, and other video stuff on it.

That's a pretty nice config for $1500. That'll do more than he needs, but it is a 15.4" screen and won't be suitable for portable use really.
Toshiba makes pretty good quality machines, not worse or less than others.
