This is very odd, my old Toshiba Q series worked without issue for around 6 months or so.
Then it started to do "Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort0, was issued." all the time.
Plugged in another SSD (cloned from the toshiba) and all is well.
OK, so I RMA the toshiba, and a replacement arrived today.
Cloned from the other SSD, and booted it up and... "Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort0, was issued." started again right off the bat, @ login screen.
Changed over to MS's "standard AHCI" drivers, and, it didn't make a different.
Again with the same errors.

aka, the "Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort0, was issued."
The replacement RMA was new.
I can swap it out with the other SSD, and the system is fine again.
I am guessing the new RMA replacement is bad... since I can't think of anything else that would be causing the issues of total lockup for ~30 secs for each "Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort0, was issued."
