Thinking of getting a Toshiba P105

I dont like the idea of a 4200 RPM hard drive, so I was thinking of buying this seagate SATA HD and putting it inside the Toshiba.

Also, dropping in 2 of these 1gb corsair notebook DD2 modules.

Will these 2 parts work inside the toshiba notebook and will it void my warranty to upgrade these two things?

thanks

A RAM upgrade won't void the warranty, HD probably won't but there could be heat issues from a 7200 RPM drive unless shoptoshiba.com offers it as an option for this model.

You might be better off getting the Dell XPS M1710 with core duo and 7900GS.
